Library Responsibilities

• Provides research and reference assistance to the distance learning students via phone, chat, face-to-face and in the AETZone.
• Provides information literacy instruction and library orientation to distance learning students face-to-face, in the AETZone and via Elluminate
• Participates in the library's on-campus instruction and information literacy program
• Participates in the "Embedded Librarian" initiative via AsULearn

• Member of the Training and Development Task Force
• Member of Internal Building Group II

Scholarly Interests

• Teaching and learning in a 3D virtual learning environment
• Presence Pedagogy (P2): utilizing web 2.0 technologies in a 3D environment to promote engaged teaching and learning
• Instructional design in traditional online learning formats- i.e. AsUlearn
