Abstract: Inventory of Thomas Burton and Ambrose Manning Research is a list of videocassettes and audiocassettes found in East Tennessee State University's Oral History Collection. This list includes the person recorded, location, and content. This collection does not include the videotapes, audio cassettes or transcriptions of either.
Persons listed are northwestern North Carolina and eastern Tennessee folk artists and story tellers. Included are Ray Hicks, Marshall Ward, Stanley Hicks, Richard Chase, Dock Boggs, Buna Hicks, Rosa Hicks, Hattie Presnell, Tab Ward, Beech Mountain Oldtime Gospel Singers, Viola Potter, Doc Watson, Willard Watson, Gaither Carlton, Horton Barker, and more.
