The Grassy Creek Literary Society was a literary society in Grassy Creek of Ashe County, North Carolina in March 1903. It consisted of Grassy Creek Academy's teacher and his male students. G.M. Reeves was the founding president, and J.H. Kirk was the secretary. Other members include James Pugh, Charles Pugh, Thomas Spencer, Roscoe Sexton, Grover Green, GM Miller, and W.L. Robbins. Meetings were sporatic.
