Manuscript Collections at W. L. Eury Appalachian Collection

Appalachian Collection's manuscripts collections which are open to the public are represented in the Library's online catalog. EAD finding aids and/or web pages for some of these collections are available on this site. Of these finding aids, most are detailed, descriptive inventories that provide an intellectual framework for the materials described. They may include biographical notes, organizational histories, size of the collection, scope/content notes, descriptions of record series, and a container list, depending on the types of materials in the collection. These summary descriptions contain selected information from the records that appear in the Library's online catalog. The links below give access to alphabetical lists of collection finding aids. If you are researching a specific topic, the Special Collections Subject Guides may direct you to additional collections.
