Casework and Correspondence Files: To protect the privacy of North Carolina constituents, casework and selected correspondence to Senator Broyhill are restricted for seventy-five years from the date of creation. These files reflect the regional concerns and interests of Senator Broyhill's Congressional district. Textile factory employment, satellite vs. cable television, and taxation were issues of particular concern to Broyhill's constituents.
