Our Mission

The mission of the Belk Library Digital Media Studio is to provide high-quality multimedia resources and technical assistance to Appalachian State University. The studio is free and open to students, faculty and staff of the university.

As part of our mission we will:

* Provide free and open access to multimedia technologies for the diverse needs of all segments of the academic community.
* Staff the studio with students who have a diverse range of skills in multimedia.

* Manage the facility and resources in a fair and equitable manner within the constraints of time, money, and resources.

* Provide up-to-date hardware and software to patrons in an easy-to-use, friendly, and well-maintained environment.
* Adhere to and abide by all policies set forth by Appalachian State University and the University Libraries.
