EndNote is one brand of citation management software.  It can help you manage your full text articles and create citations.  For more information, see our guide or contact John Wiswell (

You can now download the latest version of EndNote, X8.  The Library licenses EndNote, together with Thomson Reuters databases such as Web of Science, and Campus IT makes it available at this website

This version continues to improve sharing.  X8 allows sharing among up to 100 people.  It also completes the fix for using EndNote with Word on Macs.  One word of caution --  It is a good idea to backup before installing the new version.  EndNote recommends using File -- Compressed Library to backup.  This creates an .enlx file, that includes both metadata and attached PDFs and notes.
