Callie Powell will joined our Access and Public Service team as a part-time Desk Assistant on July 24.
Callie Powell was born in Boone and raised in Ashe. She grew up attending App State football games and checking out books from Belk library with her dad who worked for the school as a graphic designer. She graduated from Western Carolina University in 2021 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Film Studies. She has a rescue tabby cat named Champ and in her spare time, she likes to paint, make collages, and take photos!
