Using (TOCs) Table of Contents and Alert Services

You can use TOCs (tables of contents) and research alerts (results of searches you construct, run periodically). They are sent to your email account as a way to keep up with new publications.
Services include:
EBSCOhost - Academic Search Premier, CINAHL, ERIC, Health Source, PsychINFO, and more
- Look under New Features for "One Step Alerts," or click on "Sign In" to register.
- Subscribe to receive weekly e-mail notifications of new journal issues.
ProQuest - ABI/INFORM, Criminal Justice Periodicals, Ethnic NewsWatch
- Click on "set up alert" from the search results page or click on the Publications tab to set up journal alerts.
- Register to set up journal alerts, search alerts and RSS feeds.
- Register to receive journal alerts or click on RSS feed icon from search results page.
Web of Science - Biological Abstracts, Inspec, Web of Science, Zoological Record
(Web of Knowledge)
- Register for citation alerts, table of content alerts, RSS feeds.
- Register for table of content alerts, search and citation alerts, and RSS feeds for Journal toc alerts.
