How to Book a Group Study Room

Book a group study room at the Circulation Desk on the first floor or call the Circulation Desk at 262-2818. A room must be booked at least two hours before intended use.
Check room availability in the library catalog.

How to Check Out a Group Study Room

Go to the Circulation Desk on the first floor and check out a room key. Group study rooms may be checked out for 4 hours and are not renewable.

Study Room Policy

Belk Library offers twenty-one rooms for small group study. These rooms are

• available for ASU students, faculty, and staff
• for groups of at least two people
• for collaborative study
• not intended to be used as classrooms

Cancellations
Booked study rooms may be cancelled if not claimed within five minutes of the beginning of the reserved time.

Overdue Fines
The overdue fine for group study rooms is $5.00 per hour. Partial hours are counted as full hours.
